HOW CAN I RECOVER FROM HEMORRHOIDS?

So I had hemorrhoids I think because I wasn't eating 3X a day for a while. And I'm trying to get a job but I still feel sickly. There's like this bubble burst vacuum I feel like my body is eating itself... then sometimes if I indulge I'll throw up a little bit and I have a lot of thick Flem coming out. I do t make poo everyday. So what can I do to recover and get a job?
