Uncontrollable shivering at night?

Last night I woke up and was shivering uncontrollably. I was also freezing but the thing is that the temperature outside was on the hot side and we didn't have the ac on also. When I woke up this morning and stood up and felt really dizzy. I also felt like I was going to throw up throughout the day at school. Anyone know what is happening? And also how to stop it? I know it was t a fever because I took my temperature and I can't go to the doctors until my mom return home from her business trip.
