I need help figuring out what movie this is.?

i know this will sound really stupid but there were like 3 horrorish/suspenseful movies in one, it was a couple hours long. one of them was some guy in a hotel like running from the cops, there was a head on a room service plate spitting out cards in reply to him, i don't remember the second one but the third one was like some **** in a cabin and the girl went crazy and tried to murder everyone, they had gone up there to help ease her mind after going almost insane. i can't remember the name for the life of me. i really want to watch it again.
