Is 700 calories a day okay to lose weight?
I eat around 700 calories a day. I don t really exercise. I am still "slightly overweight" after doing this for months, but I have lost fifty pounds and so far feel pretty normal physically for the most part. And I am not a teenager, I am an adult. Is this okay? Is there really anything wrong with it?
