What doctor do I go to?

I am not sure where to make an appointment. I don't have that much money, so I would like to not have to visit different doctors that keep referring me to someone else. I have some symptoms relating to my brain, going on for a more than a few years. There is a slight indentation on my skull that if I press, it makes me dizzy and kind of nauseous. When my head is cold it makes me shake violently for a few seconds. Also, my vision is blurry, and I have great fatigue and have trouble thinking in certain areas that seem to be related. This seems to be a neurological problem. What do I do? What if I can't afford anything?
