After reinstalling windows 8, how do i get back my kindle books that i have purchased.?

I had my collection of kindle books on my laptop. Recently i had to get my windows reinstalled (windows 8). Now i am not able to find my books. Can I get it from amazon again since i have already paid. On trying i got the book on my mobile but i wanted it on my laptop as before.
