Can someon please make me a sample meal plan based on there parameters?
I've been working out for over a year religiously now and have eaten decent but recently I've decided to go all in. Based on the recommendations of fitness websites and such, I have come up with the proper numbers for me. However, I don't really get how to make a meal plan based on it. Can someone give me a sample one that matches this exactly 1- 63 grams carbs, 24.5 grams protein 2- 45.5 grams carbs, 24.5 grams protein 3- same as 2 (except school days) 4- (post training) 63 grams carbs, 25 grams protein 5- 45.5 grams carbs, 25 grams protein 6- 25 grams protein, unlimited vegetables 7- 100 grams protein shake before bed
