How likely is a brain aneurysm or a brain tumor in a 15 year old?

I was born early and had bleeding on my brain, which lead to me having speech and balance issues, now I'm 15, and for the past 2ish weeks been having headaches, and pressure in ya head.my. nOW it's turned into sharp pains in the side of my head. Also my balance is off, I keep swaying side to side, or forwards and backwards. Help!
