Chlamydia at 3 months pregnant..HELP??!!?

Had chlamydia 2 months before I found out I was pregnant and the treatment never helped. Now I got re-tested at one month pregnant and its still showing positive. I took treatment for it but it still is in me. I told the doctor again at my next appointment about symptoms but she says that in a month, she will retest me. I feel like that is too long to wait again. I am very worried. What should I do?
