Should I take my sister to the hospital?

My sister is 16 , she came back from a party but apparently she was drinking. She told me she was drinking allot of Malibu! Right now she's so drunk and she just finished throwing up.... this is her first time and I am literally thinking about taking to her to the ER. She's pale.. What should I do?! She's awake just isn't feeling well. I remember my first time drinking but it was only beer... I didn't throw up or something... I probably just have a stronger stomach because I'm a guy.. Should I take her to the ER?
