Can a video accurately depict how I look?

I was wondering if you guys think videos are more accurate in the picture in the way someone looks better in photos? You know how they say that someone can look different in a photo than in real life? Do you think a video is more accurate? I know you're not gonna look exactly the same in real life than in a video, but is it more accurate than a photo?
