I have over 14,000 emails from apps on facebook. I think I have stopped them, but I need to delete all of them?

I need to delete over 14,000 emails without having to do it 1 page at a time.. is there anyway to do this or do I just have to ignore them.. I don't have the time to do it 25 at a time.. I know I haven't checked my mail in a long time, I don't really use my email. so I had no idea
