Glow in the dark Quincenera?

I want to do a glow in the dark theme ! At the party i would do all formal then when the actual party starts and everybody is dancing i want it to glow out of no where ! Thing is i have no idea how to get it to do that ! The party is a huge ballroom inside a museums ! I love the room ! But my family always do formal its a tridition but i really dont want to break that tridition. So i decided to Do half & half . What do you think ? & how do i get it to glow ? Do i need some kind of machine ? Please help !
