My face has become completely covered in blackheads?

I extracted a few off my nose about 7 out of the 30 on it and they came back then I extracted some off of my forehead and they came back! I have at least 60 of them on my forehead,and 10 of them on my chin,then about 40 on my nose.I am so insecure about how I look and I don't know what to do.Please help me.Btw I use the St.Helene Mint Clay Masque.Thanks
