Anybody knows aboutthis messenger? 'Qute'its called.10 points!?

i found this app called 'Qute'.it says it uses the mobile's data plan to send free text messages,voice messages,make calls & stuff to over 200+ countries.anybody uses this?is this really free?i downloaded the app & it looks like a well programmed software like yahoo messenger & etc.but i didnt sign up cause i wasnt sure whether there are hidden charges. anybody help & earn 10 points.
