Victoria Secret Angel card debt?

So i had a $500 victoria secret angel card and i never used it recently my sis used it and never told md now she is out of a job and no money im unrmplyed as well ive had this card for years i thought it wouldnt still work snyways its in my name and i know theres no way i can pay it off neither can she what is the worst that can happen if i dont pay em back? Can they take me to court? Or will i have more debt because my credit is already no hood hospital nills etc please only answer from people eho truly know thank you
