Is it bad that I cant bench my own weight?
I have been working out for about almost three years. Unfortunately I had to stop working out cause of school and I've been really busy lately. Im starting to Bench press again. I am 17 about to be 18 in like a month, and I weight 180 and Im 6'0ft. My max right now is 140. Im not sure if its cause I have weak wrists (arthritis) from typing, writing, videogames, a lot. But I use to be bench 220. Im not sure whats the problem....
