What would cause me to feel so terrible every morning?
So the last few months when I wake up, I feel horrible! Headache, queasy stomach, aching all over, feelin like I only slept an hour and I sleep thru my alarm almost every day. A little back ground, I have a 6 yr old and 1 yr old. I had my 1st when I was 15 and I didn't get as much sleep as I did now because I had a lot of stress with keepin up with school, workin and takin care of my daughter but I never woke up feelin like this. I get 6-8 hours a night (depending on how my youngest wants to do that night) which is usually enough for me. I've tried having coffee ready when I wake up, tried only having water instead of caffeine, tried workin out right after I get up to get my body worked up, nothing works. I still feel like a zombie for about an hour after I get up. I don't have sleep apnea (my husband has it) its only been the last 4-5 months I feel like this. I'm sick of feeling this way when I used to wake up feeling rested. What could cause this, and what can I do to fix it? And btw I can't afford to get evaluated for any sleep disorder, so don't waste time with that answer, it won't help any.
