Question #2349957

Mood swings, weepy, can't control myself after stopping zoloft?

I had been on zoloft for about 8 years, my highest dose being 150 mg. I decided to stop it, but made sure that I did it slowly and not cold turkey. I am totally off it now but I am always crying, weepy, I yell when I don't mean to, and feel in despair everyday even with the smallest things. My doctor did not know that I went off of it, but I was doing so good in therapy that my parents and I thought it would be a good idea to wean myself off of it. I don't know why I am acting like this!!! Will this just go away? Is this part of the process of stopping zoloft?
