Centurylink- will partial payment stop services being cut off?

I'm dealing with some layoff issues right now, and have only just began gaining income again. Problem is, I haven't paid my internet bill in 3 months. I need the internet to continue working- All of my business is conducted online. If I pay most of the bill now, will they still shut my internet off at the cutoff date?
