Hey guys , i'm just wondering , i've been taking this soy milk shake every time after my workout everyday except the weekends . I'm 16 this year . It's stated in the nutrition information that it has 38g of protein per 100g and it's %daily value is 68% . And i'm taking this everyday after every workout . I'm just wondering whether is this considered as way too much protein to take or is it too little or maybe it's just fine ? (for someone who is pumping iron every weekdays) It would really help me alot . Thanks . PS: can't afford protein shakes for now , since my parents wouldn't allow me to .
