I talk to myself but sometimes have no control over it? It's my own voice in my head though!!!!!?

Okay so yeah, it's my voice and maybe sometimes I'll be thinking of something and then I say my name and then something like Why don't you just kill yourself Your worthless A btich Just things like that but I can't control it What does this mean?
