How do i install OpenGL ES 2.0 and iOS 5 unto my iPod Touch 4th gen?

I have an iPod Touch 4th gen that my sister gave me because she got a new one, i'm pretty much a noob to installing things on my iPod so how do i do this? I heard you had to connect it to your iTunes or something. How do i do it?
