newer mole. Should I be worried? when it 1st appeared it was flesh coloured, but is slightly darker now.?

it's small, on my hip, a light brown colour (now), very very slightly raised, and asymmetrical. So is it normal for new moles to sometimes initially change a bit? ; like, was the mole maybe still forming when I noticed the colour change?
