Any sewing patterns for a bro tank?

I am messing around with old t-shirts and want to make them into a men's fit tank top. I just finished one today and totally butchered it. It sucks. Lol. Also some of them have a small chest design off to the side I would like to keep AND a back design. A pattern that has the front and back as seperate pieces would be super!
