Should I buy the ipad mini or wait for the ipad mini 2 to launch?

I am due to buy the iPad Mini. But rumours suggest that iPad Mini 2 is gonna launch in April.Some sites also suggest iPad mini will complete 1 year before the 2nd version will be launched.( i.e. not before Oct-Nov) What do you suggest? Should i wait for iPad Mini 2? Also please give me an idea of the price in India of the 16GB Wifi model of the iPad Mini 2 , if you can.
