Can someone recommend a good ghost tour in St. Augustine?

I've been on two there, but it has been years. One had a gent that carried a lantern on a hook because his hand had been bitten off while working at the Gator Farm; that one was great. The other came free with a carriage ride; that one was awful. I don't remember which company either tour was with. I'm looking for a nice 50/50 mix of quirky history and ghost stories, and is very bangbangbang. St. Augustine has tons of both, so there's no need to stop at only three places and tell three 30-minute stories at each place. More like 15 minutes at the fort, 10 minutes at the cemeteries, some good stories while walking, that sort of thing. It'll just be two adults going, and it'll be on a Monday, so Sheriff's (and whoever else) will be closed. Any help is much appreciated.
