is 5ft 3/4 tall for a 13 year old?

i am 13 and i am 5ft 3/4 and every one is shorter then me so i cant go out with the boy my age because it look wired so i have to go out with 15/16 year old because they are taller dose this sound like i am wired and is my height tall for a 13 year old x
