G Shock gw-69001 Time Help! Please?

I got a G Shock gw-69001 Multi Band it has 31 time zones and i was wondering how do set my time zone i live in U,S,A Phoenix Arizona can someone tell me what my time zone is called in the watch please? and how else can i set the time please tell me step by step.
