What should I call the store in my book?

Im writing a historical book set in 1991, in London, about a Welsh girl called Jessie who comes to work in a shop. I don't know wether to write it from Jessie's point of view or not. Any help? BTW Any ideas for the name of the store? I have a few ideas but I'm not sure?
