The inside arch of my foot hurts when I move!?

So I was practicing a ballet routine in my room, in the middle of a part where I had to point my left foot.. And all of a sudden a sharp pain just ripped through the inside arch of my foot and it hurts to move it terribly.. Please help! Does anyone know what I've done?
