How to grow 2cm in 3 months? Please answer :)?

I'm a 14 & 8 months girl Who started her period when I was 12 I'm 168cm, 5'6 I want to grow 2cm in 3 months and I need advice, advice that respects my question and that will as will my question :) My mum is 5'7.5 My dad is 6'2.5 Help please
