Job interview question special needs?

I had a job interview 3 times. The first lady told them no thank you so they sent me to another house to interview again. I heard back from admin 2 days later after they called my refrences and she just needed one more rofessional refrence so i gave it to her. She called them yesterday and my profesional refrence called me and told me she sounded shocked for some reason but she also told me that she didnt say anything bad at all. Im so anxious ive been looking for a job for 2 years and keep getting rejected. Does this sound like im not getting hired? I really need this job!
