Workout/ Diet Recommendations?
Im 135 and 5'10 i was wondering is it better to get toned or start trying to build more muscle first then try to get toned ? but what do i have to do ? gain more weight (and what is the ideal weight approximately) what would you recommend to take/ eat? (Meats, Supplements, Ect.) and can you recommend more Calf Workouts
