Please give me as much help as you can:/?

my last period started on the 18 march till the 23rd/24th .. i have a 28 day cycle so i am 2 days late i have really bad headaches and i have recently gone to wee and theres been a very stringy discharge 3-4inches i guess, and i have been weeing alot.. im not sure if its pregnancy or somthig else? my nipple area has got a bit darker but im very pale so there wasnt a colour anyway and now there is some colour please help me?
