What is this program?

so I went my mail box and I got a mail from puma peak performance soccer academy. On the front, it says my name on it. I did not open it yet. How come my name is in the front of the mail and it was mailed to my house? What is this puma peak performance soccer academy? Does that mean that I am getting a soccer scholarship for college?
