I left some ground beef in my car?

I went grocery shopping a few days ago and I thought I had brought in all the bags. 4 hours later, I noticed I had left the last bag in the front seat and forgot about it. I left my baby spinach, eggs, and ground spinach in there. But after 4 hours of sitting in the car, can I still eat it?
