Really strong smelling urine ?

I am 10 weeks pregnant with my second child n never experienced this before I'm also HPV positive so wondering if there is any connection ? At first my urine smelt kinda midicinal this was before I was pregnant its getting worse I go for another smear test next month Thanks for any replys :) xx
