What happens at a 13 year old girls summer camp physical?

Does my mom just give them the form the camp sent me for them to fill out? Or will they do a full physical? The camp thing is the only reason for it... I looked over the form and its just the basics; height, weight, blood pressure, etc. I heard sometimes at physicals they look down your shirt and in your pants? Will they do this? I have a male doctor and I when I went last year when I was 12 he didnt do anything like that...? Please Help Me! I'm Leaving in a few minutes
