To do Acne Scar removal surgery or to don't?

If you had an acne scar in the angle of the jaw and you are going to do a surgery on it and you are going to lose hair on it would you still do it? And about the hair losing thing ... would you lose hair within the outline of the scar or you lose around the scar also?
