Good ideas for drinking games - Lord of the rings style?

I'm at university and would like some ideas for drinking games with the theme of Lord of the rings! We're doing a fancy dress night! I don't mean like watching the films and drinking everytime a character says a certain line... Actual activities that would be funny for all the lads! E.g each character that comes will have a different drinking rule??? Thanks
