Is my method correct?
Hi everyone, I'm currently on a diet.. I asked a few friends if my eatings are correct and they said I shouldn't have Jam & Bread for breakfast (Jam is diet jam, 35 calories per TABLE spoon) Breakfast: 4 teaspoons of diet jam, in brown bread, Green tea no sugar. Lunch: Small ammounts of whatever is for lunch. (Yesterday I ate an omlette with spinach) Dinner: Nothing. I am eating 1000 calories per day and have lost 5 pounds so far. Current weight: 205 lb, 5'7.
