Caring for twins vs. a single baby?

I'm currently pregnant with twins and I'm terrified. I have 3 other kids who were born within 4 years of each other. My partner has 2 kids. Their age range is 3-12. So to say our household is busy is an understatement. My question is, what are the differences between caring for a single baby and twins?
