Will this burn fat and get in shape?
Brisk walking for 60 min 3-4 times a week, and weight lifting 3 times a week (for about 1hr, splitting it up upper body, mid section and lower body). Also drinking more water and reduce junk food? I want to be more muscly, not skinny, and not fat. Simply, wnt to get a better shape.
