Does anybody know this song?

All i know is that it is a pretty old song, my friends want to find out what it is because we used to always listen to it when we were younger. It has a music video of a boy riding a bike but that's all i can remember. I think its 4-5 years old but i'm not sure. Can you please help! Thanks.
