Why does nothing excite me anymore?

My birthday doesn't excite me, breaks don't excite me, money doesn't excite me, boys don't excite me, exercising doesn't excite me. Nothing, anything you mention will go right past me. Why is this? I just do nothing but say home all day now due to this lack of interest.
