Drug test for weed, am i clear?

smoked maybe 44 days ago, just once like casually, will it be enough to clear the system, if the body type is 170 and 5'9... for the past 2-3 weeks been doing alot of excersise, 4-5 10 minute cardio but more so weightlifting and 90 pushs ups ever 2-3 days. the test is from quest, 5 - 50 ng/ml 5 panel test I already tested negative on Take home drug test. which has the same sensitivity 50ng/ml, and I am doing a lab test as well just in case for the read one.
