overdosed on 20 30/500 cocodamol last night?

Along with other mental health issues, I've been depressed for 5 years now and last night I took 20 30/500 cocodamol tablets, about 4 sleeping tablets and about 5 unknown tablets I found in my mum's draw. I'm 16, 12 stone and my usual heart rate is usually 68 bpm. I'm restless, shaling, dizzy, extremely itchy, I can't walk properly and my heart rate is about 95 bpm at rest, do I need to go to a&e, what should I do etc I'm really not thinking straight. please don't tell me how stupid this was, I was desperate and the opportunity was there, I know it was stupid.
