AM I DEPRESSED?? HELP?

I had been so " depressed" (the reason i put little quotes is because i self diagnosed myself. ) for a year last year and it "ended" in june and i have not been feeling as depressed as back then until now. Isnr that just wonderful, it also happens to be my birthday!! Oh the joyy!!! I dont know what i want for my birthday, i dont even know if i should have a birthday party im just so sad im crying beause i just sont know what to do and iv been feeling like this since two weeks now
