Physics help please.?

A 6.00 V storage battery is connected to three resistors, 5.25 Ω, 13.0 Ω, and 23.0 Ω, respectively. The resistors are joined in series. Calculate the equivalent resistance. Tried adding them, multiplying them, dividing them. Please help
